Although these are some cute shorts, there were conflicting reviews. At first I had a size large in my cart, but changed it once I seen reviews and videos. I should have stuck with my gut because the xl was too big for me. The shorts have a decent stretch & will cover your stomach if you have a gut! They fitted me in the butt (of course) however, I didn't like the waist nor the crouch fit! Please if you purchase these shorts do not go by the reviews. These shorts literally go according to your size & is indeed TRUE to size. I hate returning items! So I gave them to a family member & reordered a size large! Now the fit is PERFECT ?I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE SHORTS!! I would recommend these shorts to anyone who is looking for style,comfort,and get ready to get noticed when you wear them!!..I get many complimants every time I wear them!!I love the fact that even though they’re fitted, the shorts are soft and comfortable!!XL Fits size 16 great! Finally some cute denim shorts that are very comfortable and have a litle give. I absolutely love mine! I wear them all the time now! 4 stars because they are not as long as in the picture. They are a decent length though.They have a stretch but they do run small size up but the material is nice and I’m loving theseI wear an 18 or 1X. I got a 2XL and they’re a little big. If you want a looser fit they’re fine. If you want them to hug you, then size down. Or maybe I should have just treated the XL as a 1X???♀️?Nice quality they held up after washing.I love them bc they are cute and comfy. 4 star bc they are a little too stretchy. After wearing for part of the day they stretch out a lot. I’m getting another but sizing down. 5’7, 150 size large, will be getting medium.Update: medium is perfectI had some big concerns ordering this. From the reviews there were quite a few negative comments. I had some issues as well contacting the seller but once they finally did address my concerns I was assured it was a good product The item is very nice a true co,our and fit me well considering I have some pounds to lose. I would recommend this. I usually wear a size 16 in stretch denim and purchased a 2xIt couldn't fitlove emToo small for 2 xThey're amazing. I love them !! They fit perfectly
