I’ve had issues buying a good jacket for snowboarding. Sometimes I think it’s a good fit in the store or trying on initially and then once I get layered up to go outside I realize it’s too loose here or too tight there or not long enough or doesn’t have enough pockets, the list goes on. I was apprehensive purchasing this without trying it on first but loved the look of it and had to find out. I love it! It’s a little longer in the arms but does not prevent me from doing anything. The zippers on the sleeves are nice bc you can zip mittens and gloves up tight into them. I like the easy zip with the velcro closure, is actually prefer the velcro over buttoning individual buttons. The hood is large and you’re able to tighten that puppy to keep wind off your face. Seems insulated nicely, it was 6 degrees out the other day and without layers I felt comfortable in it. I always like a good thumb hole liner and that topped the coat off for me. It looks exactly as the photos showed and I’ve bought several different brands DC, ROXY, Burton, Oakley and this by far is my favorite. I can not argue this was an amazing purchase for half the cost.
